We apply technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we will disclose material incidents as required by law.

Region-specific rights (for example under U.S. state privacy laws) and the process for exercising them are being finalized with outside counsel and will be published here before public launch. Miligram is launching in the United States first. Handling of information for users outside the United States, if and when Miligram expands, will be addressed in a future update to this policy.
